Summer is wonderful! We get to be outdoors more often and the tv is rarely used. It's reasons like this that I'm grateful to be in Michigan, Arizona is just too hot to do anything in the summer unless it involves water.
We had some friends over to slip 'n slide, but I forgot to take pictures of their fun. I took this Dono picture with my phone because it made me laugh. On the slip 'n slide, the whole side is a water fountain to keep it slick. Donovan decided he was thirsty so he took advantage of the fountain. He said, "Hey Mom, it tastes just like the water from inside!" We have well water, so it tastes exactly like the water inside. Silly goose!
Another occasion took us to the front yard to ride bikes and draw with chalk. Miss Avery loved waddling this trike all over.
I didn't mind because she had fun and it also kept her off the ground where she would inevitably eat all the sticks, bugs, or whatever she could get her hands on. (We were thrilled when Ross ceased being a goat, but it appears that another goat has entered our family.)
