A-OK School Kids!

The day after our AZ trip, I got to attend parent/teacher conferences for my boys.

Donovan is a wonderful student.  His teacher Mr. Newport had no complaints.  He is in the accelerated math and reading groups in his grade.  Even though he had a few questionable assignments that he rushed through and got bad grades for, he still ended up with straight A's on his report card.  Donovan is a hard worker and a good friend.  He loves school and is always eager to please.

Elliott is such a sweetheart and had nothing but glowing remarks from his teacher Miss Nussdorfer.  He is also in the accelerated math and reading groups in his grade.  He is good at staying on task and helps his friends to do so as well.  He's a hard worker and his teacher says that everyone in the class loves him and considers Elliott a friend.  He loves school and always tries his best.

I love that my kids' teachers are giving them challenges in their academics and helping them to want to achieve higher and succeed.  A lot of teachers just pass the kids along and keep them with the rest of the group.  I'm happy that these teachers go the extra mile and want more for my kids.  I'm so proud of my boys and that they are good students and that they have good behavior for their teachers.  I feel blessed to be their mom!
