Beach Bums

We had a free day on Friday, so Dan took the day off and we decided to head over to Saugatuck to have a fun day at the beach on Lake Michigan and slide down some sand dunes. I figured since it was the 4th of July weekend, we better go today when it wouldn't be as crowded.

We had a fun time at the beach. Although, I don't think I'll ever go to this particular part again. It was about a 1/2 mile trek through the woods to actually get to the beach, no bathroom, and the sand dunes weren't all they were cracked up to be. I think we'll stick to Grand Haven for our beach delights.
