Getting Started

I just got this site started. I heard about it from a good friend of mine and thought it would be a great way to keep in touch with family and friends and show you what's going on with our family. I think it will be a good way to keep a sort of journal as well. I'm so bad at writing in my own journal, maybe this way can be a little easier.

Smiling Moments

7-?-11 We were traveling to somewhere and the boys asked which way we were going. I told them that we were going to turn left. Then from the back seat, Roswell pipes up "Mommy, choose the right! When the choice is before us, choose the right!" I'm glad someone is listening. :)
5-21-11 While watching Daddy race, Elliott says, "Mommy, I know which one Daddy is. He's the one with a peach face." I think they all had peach colored skin that day, but I'm glad he could tell Daddy apart.
5-4-11 Roswell has been saying "no" to everything we say lately, just to be difficult (terrible twos). Usually I just put on a pouty face and look sad and he will smile and say "ok, mommy!" and do what he's supposed to. Today, I did the pouty face when he wouldn't eat his dinner, and instead of telling me he would take a bite he says, "don't be mad, be glad!" and then laughs. It was so funny. Apparently the glad trash bag commercials have been reappearing and the kids have seen it. I guess the pouty faces aren't going to work anymore.
