The lemon tree that we have been growing and caring for for over 5 years has finally decided to grow fruit. We have 4 lovely specimens that are plumping up nicely. Though, like in this picture they are awfully orange! I wonder if they gave us the wrong tree after all these years! I like oranges too, but I guess time and tasting will tell what they really are.
My friend Stephanie and I like to get together now that she is not able to go to work. We have decided that during our time together we will try new things and learn how to make a variety of things. This last time, I learned how to make bagels! The very first batch were just plain and tasted lovely! This time I made cinnamon raisin and plain. They are not the prettiest bagels out there, but boy are they yummy and sooooo easy to make!
